Lisa helped us with the first property we were interested in, that had her as the seller's agent. That one turned out not to work, but I found another around the same time, and based on how great she was to deal with, I asked her to help. Even though it was out of her area, she was happy to lend a hand, and together we were able to close on the place. I enjoyed every single call we had, and she drove a long ways to tour the house-100% would recommend again.

I've never bought a house before, and so was completely baffled by the absurd piles of paperwork. 30+ pages? Really? But we sat down and signed everything late in the day (was it a weekend? It's all a blur), and she made it painless. She's so easy to work with, and such a basically stoked personality, that it made the experience way less intimidating.

The single best thing she did is make zero attempt to sell anything. It felt very much like having a friend help you make a decision about something important.
